CTMSUBST syntax of Exclusion statements

Exclusion lines have the following syntax:

EXC-JCL <MEMLIB> <MEMNAME>

This line contains the following parameters, separated by one or more blanks:

Parameter	Description
MEMLIB	JCL library name
MEMNAME	JCL member name

EXC-JOB <SCHEDLIB> <TABLE> <JOB>

This line contains the following parameters, separated by one or more blanks:

Note:

Exclusion statements must be placed after the Substitution statements.
Exclusion statements (both EXC-JCL and EXC-JOB) must begin in column 1.
You can use wildcards in Exclusion statements — * (asterisk) to replace any string, or ? (question mark) to replace any character.
