Description of the recipient.

SYNONYM^M

Another name for the recipient. Each synonym can have a maximum of 20 characters. Synonyms may be non-unique and may contain embedded spaces. Any number of synonyms can be defined.

AUTHORIZE^M

Name (or prefix) of users authorized to view or receive the reports of the recipient.

$SYSDATA^M

Specifies whether or not the authorized user is also authorized to see $SYSDATA entries. (For more information see $SYSDATA Records.)

ADDRESS^M

Location where the report is sent after it is printed. Address can have a maximum of 10 lines and can be printed in the user banner.

INDEX

Specifies whether or not a report index should be printed at the beginning of the user bundle.

USER BANNER

Specifies whether or not to print a user banner at the head of the user’s bundle.

REPORT BANNER

Specifies whether or not to print a report banner at the head of each report in the bundle.

DEF DEST

Default destination of printed reports for the recipient. For additional information regarding parameter DEST, see JOB DEFAULTS DEST: Decollating Parameter (decollating mission). For implementation hints, see Specifying Report Destination.

Note: This parameter is taken into account at decollation time, it does not affect reports that are already decollated.
