Edit the RULELIST member in the Control-O PARM library. Remove the slash at the beginning of the following lines to cause COSMOS rules to be loaded:

/*  IOAP.V900.IOAENV          $COSMOSO  NOFORCE

/*  CTOP.V900.RULES           $COSMOSU  NOFORCE

In a SYSPLEX environment, edit the RULELIST member by removing the slash at the beginning of the following line to cause communication rules to be loaded:

/*  CTOP.V900.RULES           CTOGATEI  NOFORCE

Note: To use COSMOS Sysplex support, load the CTOGATEI table, which supports communications, in addition to the COSMOS tables.
