Starting up the Extractor Management service in Windows

This procedure describes how to start up the Extractor Management service in Windows.

If the computer has not been restarted since the installation of Control‑M for SAP, you must restart it before activating the Extractor Management service.

To start up the Extractor Management service in Windows:

1. Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
2. Select Control-M for SAP <Agent Instance> Extractor, and click Start to start the Extractor Management service.
