Stopping Control-M Messaging API

The following table describes how to stop Control-M Messaging API.

To Stop Control-M for Messaging API:

• Do one of the following:
  • Windows: From the Services dialog box, highlight Control-M Web Services and Messaging API - Messaging Server and click stop service.
  • UNIX: Navigate to the installation directory, and type the following command:

    bin/stop_ctmwsapi

    The following message appears:

    Stopping Control-M Messaging API (PID = 10210)

    ..

    Control-M Messaging API stopped.

    NOTE If the product is not running, the following message is displayed: Control-M Messaging API is not running.
