Analyzing a service log
This procedure describes how to analyze a service log.
To analyze a service log:
- From Monitoring domain select Service Monitor.The Service Monitor appears. 
- Select a service.The service analysis information appears on the right pane. 
- To find the service log, select the Service Log tab.The log entries appear, as described in Service Log parameters. 
- To view problematic jobs related to the service, do the following:- Select a row, and click  . .The Problematic Jobs window appears. 
- Click the Problematic Jobs tab. For more information on problematic jobs, see Problematic Jobs parameters.
 
- To view the Remedy tickets related to the service, do the following:- Select a row, and click  . .The Problematic Jobs window appears. 
- Click the Tickets tab.
