Defining a Control-M for AWS job

This procedure describes how to define a Control-M for AWS job, which enables you to execute AWS services on an AWS server.

Before You Begin

Ensure that you have met the following requirements:

• A configured AWS connection profile, as described for the Connection profile management.
• Successful completion of Accessing the AWS job properties pane.
• Permissions for AWS actions, as listed in AWS permission requirements.

To define a Control-M for AWS job:

1. From the Connection Profile field, click Load.

   The Connection Profile Selection dialog box appears.

2. Select the connection profile that you want to use to run an AWS job or report, and click OK.

   The Connection Profile field is set.

3. From the Service drop-down list, select one of the following options:
   • Lambda
   • Step Function
   • Batch
