The em_handle_duplic_folders utility removes duplicate folders found in the Control-M/EM database.
This utility must be executed only on a Control-M/EM version lower than 9.0.19, on which the upgrade is being applied.
You need to run this utility after you have attempted to upgrade to the latest version, but the upgrade aborted with a message about duplicate folders found in the Control-M/EM database. In such cases, the em_handle_duplic_folders utility is present in the Control-M/EM environment after the upgrade attempt aborted.
