Importing the job type to Control-M client

This procedure describes how to import the job to Control-M client.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have imported the Connection Profile into the CCM as described in Importing the Connection Profile into the CCM.

To import the job type to Control-M client:

• Do one of the following:
  • Restart Control-M client.
  • If you have logged out, log in to Control-M client.

  The job type now appears in the Job palette in the Planning domain. After you have ordered a job you can view the Execution log to identify any problems. For more information, see Execution log.
