Monitoring threads in an RMS job

This procedure describes how to monitor a Control-M for Oracle Retail job in Control-M Workload Automation, which provides a status summary for the threads running in the program.

To monitor a Control-M for Oracle Retail job:

1. Log in to Control-M Workload Automation, and navigate to the Monitoring domain as described in the Control-M Workload Automation User Guide.
2. Navigate to the required Control-M for Oracle Retail job. Click on the job to see it's properties.
3. In the General tab, you can view a summary of the threads.

   While the job is running, click Details to open the Program Status Information window, where you can see a detailed status for each thread. The status applies to threads in the current job. When the job completes, a full status for all threads is available in the Output tab.
