Installation

The following prerequisites are required for installing Control-M for Oracle Retail:

• Control-M for Oracle Retail must be installed on a computer where Control-M Agent is installed.
• Control-M for Oracle Retail is supported on Unix platforms only.
• Control-M for Oracle Retail must be installed on the same computer where Oracle Retail RMS or RPM is installed.
• The Control-M/Agent agent user must have permissions to run the RMS and/or RPM programs.
• The agent user environment must contain the environment variables needed for running RMS/RPM programs.
