Control-M for IBM Cognos parameters

Job definition parameters in Control-M for IBM Cognos enable you to apply values for the variables, as described in Control-M Workload Automation User Guide.

The following table describes the parameters for Control-M for IBM Cognos.

Job definition parameter descriptions

Parameter	Description
Account	Defines the Control-M for IBM Cognos account
Search path	Defines the path and name of the job or report that you want to run
Type	Defines the path and name of the job or report that you want to run in a readable format
Type	Determines whether the type is job, report, or reportView
Prompt name	Defines the name of a specific prompt when the type is report or reportView
Burst the report	Defines the value of a specific prompt when the type is report or reportView
Output formats	Determines if the report is run as a burst report
Output formats	Defines all the report output format. You have the option to override the current output format. Values must end with a semicolon
Save report to Cognos server	Determines the default location on the IBM Cognos server to save a report or specify a report view and select a different location
Save report as a report view	Determines if you save report as a report view
Report view name	Determines the Report view name when Save as Report view is selected
Report view location	Determines the Report view location when Save as Report view is selected
