Editing a site authorization

This procedure describes how to edit a Site authorization for a Workload Change Manager user or group, which enables you to limit access to a Site Standard and/or Site Customization.

To edit a Site authorization:

1. From the Security tab, click Authorizations.

   The Control-M/EM Authorizations window appears.

2. Do one of the following:
   • If you want to edit a Site authorization for a Control-M/EM user, select the Users tab and double-click the user that you want to apply an authorization.
   • If you want to edit a Site authorization for a Control-M/EM group, select the Group tab and double-click the group that you want to apply an authorization.
3. Select the Site Standard tab.
4. Do one or both of the following:
   1. If you want to edit a Site Standard authorization, select the Site Standard authorization and click .

      The User Authorizations: Site Standards dialog box appears.

   2. If you want to edit a Site Customization authorization, select the Site Customization authorization and click .

      The User Authorizations: Site Customizations dialog box appears.

5. Edit the required fields, as described in Site authorizations and then click OK.

   The updated Site authorization appears in the User Authorization: <Control-M/EM user> window.
